    all holiday for families or groups of friends. With one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all en-suite, and an open plan kitchen and lounge area, it is
    spacious and comfortable with all modern conveniences.

    Set in 13000 square feet of garden, filled with herbs, flowers and trees, it is also perfect for families with children. A 50 square metre balcony on the upper
    level provides the ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery, and there is a barbeque area and external seating on the lower floor at the rear of the villa. A small
    utility room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board is situated on the upper level. A fully equipped modern kitchen and outdoor stone BBQ
    area make self catering a real pleasure.

    The property is not overlooked, ensuring complete privacy, and has unobstructed views of the lush Cretan countryside and the White Mountains. The nearest
    tavernas are in Agoii Pantes and Tzitzifes (1.5 - 2 kms) and car hire is essential due to the location of the property. The nearest beaches are about 15 minutes
    by car at Kalyves (9kms) and Georgioupolis (9 kms).

Pemonia is a village in the broader area of Apokoronas in Hania,  famous for its natural beauty and unspoilt
Cretan countryside. This small but picturesque mountainous village remains unspoiled through the ages, far
away from any form of tourist exploitation.
In the nearby villages less than 2 km away, there are many traditional taverns serving genuine traditional
Cretan dishes made with excellent local products. Local people, who can appreciate what Cretan cuisine has
to offer, often choose the taverns in Agioi Pantes (just 1.5 km away), Tzitzifes (1.5 km away) and Melidoni
(2 km away) for their excellent food.
The area is particularly good area for walkers and hikers and those interested in the abundant wild spring
flowers.
