    Almond Tree cottages are situated in the quiet pretty  traditional village of Vrouchas, 3 miles from the fishing village of Plaka, in the
    Elounda area. The house is split into two units, with an interconecting door. The cottages are traditional in style and enjoy a large garden
    area with swimming pool and stone BBQ,  perfect for families or groups of friends.

    The two cottages, combined, can sleep up to 10 guests and are ideal for two families sharing. The village is somewhat isolated and does
    not have any of the trappings of a tourist area but there are a couple of traditional coffee shops and a small shop. Car hire is essential for
    this property and gives access to the unspoilt areas between Elounda and Neapoli, with the Doric city of Dryros and delightful
    traditional villages. Dropping down the winding hill to Plaka, you can be eating at one of the renowned beach front tavernas in 10 minutes.

    Because our clients prefer exclusive use of the cottages we do not, unlike other companies offer to split  the accommodation, ensuring
    that the pool area is solely for their use and that they will not find themselves sharing with unsuitable neighbours.
