    A delightful villa in a rural location for up to six people with
    cobblestoned veranda and traditional stone walls. This 3 bedroom
    property has views to the Rethymnon gulf and is within easy driving
    distance of the city located  just 10km to the south east and with the
    nearest sandy beach at Platanes 3.5 km away.

    Entering the property, you pass the private swimming  pool, barbecue and
    garden.
    On the first floor is a twin bedroom with bathroom, washing machine
    and shower with disabled access. Upstairs is the main bedroom with
    en-suite bathroom & toilet. The bed and cupboard are 19th century
    antiques. The second bedroom, also en-suite with double bed, is next
    to this room.

    The house is private and exclusive and is not serviced by local
    shops, the nearest being 3 km distant. Additional facilities include
    satellite television and full air conditioning.
