This stunning 3 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet elevated position, with stunning views of the White mountains, where the silence is broken only by the bells

of the grazing sheep and the sound of birds singing. The villa enjoys a large garden, well stocked with colorful flowering plants and olive trees and a good sized

swimming pool with jacuzzi jets in the shallow end. There is also a stone built BBQ area, and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.

The villa is built on one level, and has been built in the traditional Cretan style, with stone arches and wood beamed ceilings.

The tastefully furnished living area has an open fire place, perfect for the cooler months, a large corner sofa, TV, DVD player and CD/raidio player.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, and offers a full sized cooker with oven and hob, small dish washer, fridfe/freezer, microwave , washing

machine and a wooden dining table with chairs.

The villa has three air conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds, both with en suite shower rooms, and a third bedroom with twin beds. All the bedrooms

have French doors leading to the garden. There is also a third "family bathroom".

The nearest village (10 mins walk), has a kafeneion ( traditional coffee shop) , serving drinks and some small meals and snacks. The village also is home to a

Byzantine chapel, with

dating back to 1326, The larger town of Vrisses ( 10 mins by car ) is famous for

its

yoghurt making, and has several tavernas

and coffee shops where one can sample the local honey served with yoghurt. Vrisses has a baker, mini markets and other local shops, and it is always a

pleasant place to enjoy a coffee under the shade of the large plane trees by the river. The resort of Georgioupolis ( 15 mins by car) has a large selection of

more tourist type eateries and a long sandy beach.
